Monitoring

Between approximately 2:30pm and 3:12pm BST, there was an intermittent issue that affected access to the Merchant Management Systems (MMS) and transaction processing. Access to the MMS has been restored, and transaction processing has resumed to normal levels.

Our engineers continue to monitor, and further updates will be provided if anything changes.

Cardstream is investigating further intermittent behaviour for accessing the Merchant Management System and Transaction processing.

We are treating this with the highest priority and our engineers are working to resolve it.

Between approximately 9:22am and 12:20pm BST, there was an intermittent issue that affected access to the Merchant Management Systems (MMS) and transaction processing. Access to the MMS has been restored, and transaction processing has resumed to normal levels.
