OBN Global has notified that due to scheduled maintenance, their Portal, APIs, and Open Banking services may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes between 06:00-9:00 UTC on 20 August 2026. Their card acceptance services will be unaffected.

Resolved - Cardstream can confirm that Transactions have been settled with the Acquirer.

This incident has been resolved.

Investigating - Cardstream has identified an issue with the Settlement for Worldpay transactions due to be sent on 29 July.

This is being investigated and an update will be shared shortly.

Please note, this may result in a day's delay in the settlement of funds for affected transactions.

Incident: Delayed OBN Global settlements to merchants
Resolved - All delayed funds/transactions have been received by OBN Global and any outstanding amounts will be remitted to merchants as part of their normal settlement cycle.

Monitoring - Due to a delay in receiving funds/transaction details from an underlying payment provider, transactions captured on Friday and Saturday may be delayed from settlement to merchants. Transactions captured on Sunday are not delayed. OBN Global will onward settle delayed funds to merchants as part of normal settlement when they are received and processed. OBN Global apologises for any delay.
