Delay in Settlement - Paysafe

Cardstream has seen an issue with the Settlement for Paysafe Payments transactions processed on 30 April.

Affected transactions have received an ‘Internal Error’ response from Paysafe. We have queried this response with Paysafe.

All affected transactions have been resent to Paysafe for settlement.

Please note, this may result in a day's delay in the settlement of funds for affected transactions.
